If you are anything like me, rest is a foreign word. I am a DO-er. Always on the go, always ready to get things done. I thrive on BUSY--- or do I?

I think so many of us wear busy as a badge of honor when in reality, the Lord created us to need rest!

Matthew 11:28 Come to me all who are weary and I will give you rest
Exodus 14:14 The Lord will fight for you, and you have only to be silent.
